Delete Your Account

Sign in to your account in the app or on the website, then either use the delete-account action if it is available in your version, or open a support ticket asking us to delete your account.

Because accounts are identified only by username and password — with no email or phone number attached — you must be signed in to make the request. This is how we verify that the request comes from the account owner.

Deletion requests made through support are processed promptly, normally within a few business days.

• Your account identity: the username is anonymized and can no longer be used to sign in.

• Your credentials: your password and VPN access credentials are removed.

• Your devices and sessions: all registered devices are revoked and all active sessions are ended.

• Your VPN access: the account can no longer connect to our servers.

Order and transaction records, and support-ticket records, are retained in anonymized form — no longer linked to a usable identity — for as long as applicable accounting and legal rules require. Everything else associated with the account is deleted.

Once your account is deleted it cannot be restored. Remaining plan time, credits, points, and referral rewards are lost and are not refundable. If you want to use the service again later, you will need to create a new account.
