Terms of Service

YHVPN provides encrypted VPN connections through our servers via client apps for Android and Windows. Free and paid plans differ in server access, speed, and traffic allowance.

Accounts are identified by a username and password only. We do not collect an email address or phone number, which means we may have no way to verify ownership of an account if you lose your credentials — a lost password can make the account permanently unrecoverable. Keep your username and password safe and do not share them.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Paid plans are prepaid for a fixed period. There is currently no auto-renewal: when a plan expires, nothing is charged unless you purchase again.

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You may not use the service for:

• any activity that is illegal under applicable law;

• network abuse, including sending spam, launching attacks, port scanning, or attempting unauthorized access to systems;

• reselling or redistributing the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse. Where practical we will warn first, but serious abuse may result in immediate suspension.

Each account may be signed in on a limited number of devices, depending on the plan. You can view and revoke your registered devices in the app.

Plans include a traffic allowance. When an account exceeds its allowance, VPN access may be paused until the allowance resets or is upgraded; account access, support, and purchasing remain available. We may apply reasonable fair-use measures to protect service quality for all users.

The service is built for browsing, streaming, and everyday use. Sustained bulk transfer that degrades shared capacity — such as P2P seeding or continuous large-file downloading — is not what the plans are sized for and may be rate-limited under fair use. We do not inspect the content of your traffic; fair-use measures are based on traffic volume only. Normal use is never affected. Accounts that repeatedly and severely degrade service for others after a warning may be suspended.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We work to keep it fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, any particular speed, or that the service will be reachable in every region or on every network. Some networks and jurisdictions actively interfere with VPN traffic; we cannot guarantee connectivity under those conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuanhang Network Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see our Account Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Termination for abuse does not entitle you to a refund of time already consumed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top and publish the new version here; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
